Green coffee supplier Ninety Plus @ninetyplus has put a book together “COFFEE STORY: ETHIOPIA” to share coffee tales and folklore. There are thousands of fantastic heirloom coffee varieties in Ethiopia, the origin of coffee. I offer their Zemoch, honey processed Guatemala coffee. It’s from a single farm project.
